巖征對系統(tǒng)提供為期一年（自系統(tǒng)驗(yàn)收合格日起算）的質(zhì)量保證。質(zhì)量保證期間，系統(tǒng)或其部件的任何質(zhì)量問題均由巖征負(fù)責(zé)解決。
系統(tǒng)在巖征場地進(jìn)入調(diào)試階段時(shí)，巖征邀請用戶工程技術(shù)人員到巖征場地參與系統(tǒng)調(diào)試并接受有關(guān)系統(tǒng)、操作、維護(hù)等方面的培訓(xùn)。并對客戶場地公用工程設(shè)計(jì)施工提供咨詢和專業(yè)建議；
系統(tǒng)到位安裝之前，巖征將對系統(tǒng)安裝地點(diǎn)和環(huán)境進(jìn)行勘查，并提供有關(guān)系統(tǒng)安裝和運(yùn)行需求的專業(yè)性意見。根據(jù)需要，巖征可提供有關(guān)系統(tǒng)安裝點(diǎn)和周邊環(huán)境設(shè)施的建議性設(shè)計(jì)；
系統(tǒng)調(diào)試后將進(jìn)行驗(yàn)收考核，用戶有關(guān)人員將全程參與此項(xiàng)工作，并在此過程中接受實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)、系統(tǒng)操作、數(shù)據(jù)處理、安全運(yùn)行等*的技術(shù)培訓(xùn)。
